Northstar warrants manufacturing defects for two years from purchase on footwear, packs, and apparel sold through authorized dealers.
Normal wear, misuse, improper washing, or modifications are not covered. Keep your receipt or order number handy.

How to file
Email support with photos of the defect, purchase date, and SKU. Approved claims may be repaired, replaced, or credited.
