About
Hale’s practicum ends with a memo a mock city council can vote on, not a slide deck of melting ice. He grew up near a working waterfront and still does field methods with clipboards, tide charts, and an argument about what “representative sample” means when a marina shares your logger. The estuary dataset brief used in Civic Analytics is his teaching file.
